Nigerian TikTok sensation Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, popularly known as Peller, has recently disclosed that he purchased a new house in Lagos worth a staggering N350 million. The 19-year-old live streamer made the revelation during a live TikTok session with influencer Sandra Benede, where he shared details about his property and plans for the future.
Peller, who gained fame through his online content, mentioned that the house he bought is quite large and that he intends to move in by October 2025. “It’s big, I should be moving inside around October,” he said during the session, sparking interest among his followers. The TikTok star, however, made it clear that the money he used to purchase the property did not come from his TikTok earnings, attempting to clarify any misconceptions about the source of his wealth.
“I don’t want some people to say it’s TikTok money, no o shut up,” Peller insisted, adding that his income comes from a variety of sources. He also revealed that many wealthy individuals often reach out to him on social media, offering financial contributions, but insist on remaining anonymous. Peller explained, “Some people normally dey enter my DM to say ‘Peller send account, I want to send you money’.”
Peller went on to share that some of these donations were so large that it would be impossible for him to keep them anonymous. He promised that when his N350 million house is completed, he would publicly acknowledge these contributors. “I swear to God, big people go say Peller send account, they will say ‘don’t mention my name’. Why dem dey always do like that say ‘no mention my name’?” he asked, revealing the scale of generosity from his supporters.
