The cash distribution, according to sources within the senator’s political structure, will cover grassroots APC officials and ward executives across Maiduguri, Jere, Konduga, Mafa, Bama, Ngala, Kala/Balge and Dikwa local government areas.
The gesture comes as political consultations and internal alignments continue to intensify ahead of the APC primaries nationwide.
Supporters of the senator described the intervention as part of efforts to appreciate party loyalists for their commitment and continued support for the APC structure in Borno Central.
