In a series of posts shared on his Instagram story, Okechukwu also said his decision to join politics was driven purely by personal conviction.

“I am not indebted to anybody over my aspiration. The aspiration was entirely mine, driven by my personal conviction and desire to serve,” he stated.

The entertainer said he has no regrets about raising the political stakes and consciousness in his constituency, adding that he remains a loyal member of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
