On 13th May, 2026, at about 1930hrs, security operatives engaged in sustained bush combing operations around Okpege River Road, Iyuku, successfully rescued one Jemila Ibrahim, who was kidnapped on 10th May, 2026.
The victim was rescued unhurt and taken to the hospital for medical attention while the following suspects allegedly responsible for her abduction have been successfully arrested: Nura Saminu ‘m’, 24, Shaibu Isah ‘m’, 23 years, Suraj Sabitu ‘m’, 23 years, Yajubu Sagiru ‘m’, 23 years, Oseni Abdullahi ‘m’, 26 years
