Aiyedatiwa Urges Massive Participation Ahead of APC Presidential Primary in Ondo

Ondo State Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has called on members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) across the state to participate actively in the party’s presidential primary election scheduled for Saturday, May 23, 2026.Continue »

In a statement issued ahead of the exercise, Aiyedatiwa urged all registered party members to come out en masse and take part in the election across the 203 wards in Ondo State.

The governor described the primary as an important democratic process that would further strengthen the party and give members an opportunity to shape the nation’s future.

According to him, the strength of the APC lies in the commitment, participation, and collective resolve of its members.

He encouraged party faithful to carry out the exercise with a strong sense of responsibility, stressing that every member’s voice remains important to the continued growth and success of the party.

Aiyedatiwa also appealed for peaceful conduct throughout the process, urging members to adhere strictly to party guidelines and maintain order during the exercise.

The governor said the APC in Ondo State has continued to demonstrate unity, discipline, and political maturity, expressing confidence that the same spirit would reflect during the primary election.
