An Igbo-Nigerian man named Chukwuemeka has been arrested for secretly installing a camera in the ladies’ washroom around the Spintex/Manet area and recording over 130 videos of women and young girls without their consent. The arrest has sent shockwaves through the community.
There are also disturbing allegations involving inappropriate acts with underage girls in his store. Authorities are investigating the full extent of his crimes.
