Another tragic boat mishap has claimed six lives in Sokoto State, with three others still missing, just six days after a similar incident occurred in the region.
The accident happened in the early hours of Thursday, August 21, 2025, at about 5:30 a.m. in Garin-Faji, a riverside village in Sabon-Birni Local Government Area.
