A leading support group of the ruling All Progressives Congress known as APC Alliance Network for Democracy has called on it’s members in Etsako Federal Constituency of Edo State to deliver their votes to Chief Richard Lamai in the forth-coming House of Representatives primaries of the party.
This was disclosed in a statement made available to newsmen in Benin on Thursday by the National Secretary of the group, Mr. Isah Amodu
The group said, Chief Lamai is a tested, trusted and committed leader and philanthropist that has been rendering altruistic services to the people before the bigger call to represent his Constituency at the Green Chamber.
Adding that Chief Lamai has the experience, exposure and political sagacity to make a good representative.
His words: “With his wide range of contacts both in the business world and the political circle, Chief Lamai has all it takes not only to represent his Constituency at the National Assembly but to attract dividends of democracy faster to the people.”
For more than 30 years, Chief Lamai, a chip of the old block has been supporting different political leaders across the federation to gain various leadership positions and exposure without demanding anything in return.
Therefore, now is the time to reward the scion of the late Senator E. A. Lamai not only on the account of his own merit but as a mark of respect for his late father who was a builder of men during his lifetime.
