To maintain your physical health, you should make an effort to go for at least two nice walks or runs every day.

You shouldn’t live like a recluse and spend all your time indoors if you want to prevent the onset of additional health problems.

3. Eat more fruits, vegetables, seafood, and other fresh foods.

As you get older, you’ll find that you have a greater need for meals that are somewhat like their natural state.
