Garba Shehu, the spokesman for the late former President Muhammadu Buhari, has claimed that erstwhile President Olusegun Obasanjo hated his former boss.
He stated this while reacting to Obasanjo’s posthumous appraisal of his principal.
Obasanjo had described the tenure as the worst civil administration in Nigeria.
Speaking to Leadership, the former aide said he had already explained why Obasanjo never liked the late head of state in his recent book, ‘According to the President: Lessons from a Presidential Spokesman’s Experience’,
He, however, said that the late former President held Obasanjo in high esteem, adding that they fell out over an unmet demand.
In the book, Shehu alleged that Obasanjo made some demands of Buhari while the latter was president.
