At least 32 people have been killed and a police station set ablaze following coordinated attacks by suspected Sadiku-led JAS fighters in Borgu Local Government Area, Niger State.

On Friday evening, over 200 armed insurgents on motorcycles stormed Tungan-Makeri, killing six and burning homes.

By Saturday morning, the attackers advanced to Konkoso, torching the police station and killing 26 more residents with no visible security resistance.
