BREAKING: Abuja Court Fines Lady ₦450,000 for Defrauding Man of Transport Fare

An Abuja Magistrate Court has fined a lady, identified as Jennifer, the sum of ₦450,000 after she was found guilty of obtaining transport fare under false pretence.

According to court proceedings, Jennifer allegedly collected money for transport from one Emmanuel with the promise of visiting him but failed to show up as agreed.

The complainant told the court that after sending the agreed fare, Jennifer neither refunded the money nor honoured the arrangement.
