BREAKING: APC Edges Out NNPP in Kano Assembly Rerun Election

The All Progressives Congress (APC) clinched victory in the Ghari/Tsanyawa constituency supplementary election in Kano, edging out the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) with a significant margin. Despite this, NNPP secured a win in another constituency.

APC’s Garba Gwarmai wins Ghari/Tsanyawa constituency with 31,472 votes.

NNPP’s Yusuf Maigado secured 27,931 votes, falling short of the APC candidate.

The supplementary election followed a previous inconclusive poll.

NNPP won the Bagwai/Shanono constituency by-election in Kano with Ali Hassan Kiyawa receiving 16,198 votes.

APC’s Ahmad Muhammad Kadamu received 5,347 votes in the same constituency.
