The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced the postponement of the opening of its recruitment portal earlier scheduled for December 1, 2025.
In a public announcement signed by the Secretary to the Board, Maj. Gen. A.M. Jibril (rtd), the CDCFIB said the portal for shortlisted candidates to undergo physical screening and document verification will now open on a new date to be communicated soon.
According to the statement, shortlisted applicants are advised to regularly check the official recruitment portal — recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng — for updates on the revised schedule.
The Board apologized for the inconvenience caused by the change, assuring applicants of timely communication.
“The CDCFIB apologizes for any inconvenience caused and appreciates the interest of applicants in the recruitment exercise. Further announcements will be made on the official portal and social media handles,” the notice added.
The rescheduled screening is part of the ongoing recruitment process for agencies under the Ministry of Interior.
