BREAKING: FG Approves Nigeria’s First Female-Only University in Nigeria

The Federal Government has approved the establishment of Tazkiyah University, Nigeria’s first female-only university, founded by Professor Ibrahim Maqari, the Chief Imam of the National Mosque, Abuja.

The newly accredited private university, situated in Zaria, Kaduna State, is designed exclusively for women and may also operate with an all-female academic staff, making it the first of its kind in the country.

According to Prof. Maqari, all profits generated from the institution will be dedicated to a fund supporting orphans, underscoring the school’s social and humanitarian mission.

Tazkiyah University is among the nine new private universities recently accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC). The institution also plans to relocate its permanent campus to Kaduna city in. . Continue..Reading. .
