A former lawmaker of the National Assembly, Ahmed Ogembe on Friday formally announced his resignation from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Ogembe who represented Kogi Central Senatorial District in the Eighth Assembly resigned from the PDP after his suspension by the party over his association with the members of the coalition and the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

In a letter dated August 10, and addressed to the PDP Ward Chairman of Upogoro/Odenku Ward in Okene Local Government Area in Kogi, Ogembe described his decision as carefully considered…IMAGIN!!!,AFTER HE GIVES HER EVERYTHING, SEE WHAT SHE DID TO HIS MOTHER AFTER SHE CAUGHT HER WITH ANOTHER MAN

The former lawmaker expressed his gratitude to the party leadership for their support towards his political career.

He said, “While I remain grateful for the opportunities and platform the PDP has provided over the years, I believe it is time to pursue a new political direction in the interest of my personal convictions.”

“I sincerely appreciate the leadership of the PDP at the ward, local government, state, and national levels for their support during my period of membership,” he said.
