Satellite imagery shows an Iranian strike damaged a key U.S. AN/TPY-2 radar at Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia on March 1, CNN reports.

The radar, a critical component of the THAAD missile defense system, sustained visible burn and structural damage, with its antenna alone valued at about $136 million.
