United States immigration authorities have confirmed that a Nigerian national, Ibrahim Tunde Ijaoba, is currently in custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) pending deportation following multiple criminal convictions.
According to official records, Ijaoba entered the United States unlawfully and was later convicted of a series of violent and drug-related offences.
These include aggravated assault on a police officer involving a firearm, assault and aggravated assault, armed robbery, obstruction of law enforcement, drug distribution, and escape from police custody.
Authorities also disclosed that Ijaoba was previously associated with a street gang known for violent criminal activity, though no additional details were provided regarding.+See more details
