Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has approved the appointment of Engr. Mustapha Sama’ila Ingawa as Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Media and Strategy.
Ingawa, a Chemical Engineering graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, also holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the Rome Business School, Nigeria. He is currently pursuing another Master’s in Energy Economics, Management and Policy at the University of Port Harcourt.
Before this appointment, he served as Technical Assistant on Climate Change and Sustainable Development at the Office of the Minister of Housing and Urban Development. In that role, he contributed to policy formulation, strategic communication, and alignment of national housing and urban development frameworks with global best practices and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
