The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced a one-week extension for the closing date of its ongoing recruitment exercise into the paramilitary services.
In a statement released to the public on Sunday, the Board confirmed that the extension was to give more applicants an opportunity to complete their registration.
“The Board wishes to notify the general public that the closing date for application for its ongoing recruitment exercise has been extended by one (1) week,” the statement read.
The CDCFIB is currently conducting recruitment across four key paramilitary agencies: the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS), Federal Fire Service (FFS), and Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS).
Applicants are advised to take advantage of the extension to ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications through the official recruitment portal.
Further updates on examination dates, shortlisting, and other recruitment stages will be announced by the Board in due course.
