The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has officially released the full statistics of the 2025 recruitment exercise, including the breakdown of applications, Computer-Based Test (CBT) performance, and participation across states. The Board also confirmed that Physical Screening is the next phase of the recruitment process.
Key Recruitment Statistics:
• Total Applications Received: 1,873,522
• Completed Applications: 1,120,491
• Incomplete Applications: 432,935
• Disqualified Applications: 360,923
• CBT Candidates: 872,391 wrote the exam
• Exam Violations Recorded: 106,408 cases
CBTF Score Breakdown:
• 0–40: 221,996 candidates
• 41–60: 229,155 candidates
• 61–80: 278,543 candidates
• 81–100: 142,697 candidates
States with the Highest Participation: Lagos, Kano, Rivers, Kaduna, and Oyo.
