Get some fresh bananas and cut each one into thirds after you’ve bought them.
You don’t need to peel them; you can just chop them as they are.
Prepare some water in a medium-sized pot and bring it to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add your chopped bananas and cook them for 12 to 15 minutes.
After it has cooled down, you are able to remove one cup of the water and leave the bananas in the remaining water.
Take a cup of that mixture every night after dinner, and another cup of it right before you go to bed. Do this consistently.
