A Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court has summoned former Kogi West senator, Dino Melaye, over alleged non-payment of more than N500 million in Personal Income Tax for the years 2023 and 2024.
The court issued the summons following a case filed by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).
Melaye, who is also the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last Kogi election, is expected to appear before the court to respond to the allegations.
