The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a fresh reduction in the depot price of diesel, lowering it from ₦990 per litre to ₦960.

This latest adjustment represents a ₦30 drop and is part of the company’s ongoing effort to ease the burden of rising energy costs on Nigerians.

The refinery, which only recently commenced operations, has continued to fine-tune its pricing strategy in response to market realities. Industry stakeholders say the reduction could provide relief to businesses and transporters, who rely heavily on diesel to power operations and logistics.
