The African Democratic Congress (ADC), led by former Senate President Senator David Mark as National Chairman and Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola as National Secretary, has rejected the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) reading of a recent Court of Appeal decision in the party’s ongoing leadership crisis.

The party, through its National Publicity Secretary Bolaji Abdullahi, insisted that the Court of Appeal ruling was purely procedural and did not affect the legitimacy or tenure of the current national leadership.
