Although the likes of Quansah and Loic Bade have been signed, more surgery is clearly needed.
One player they are after is Equi Fernandez of Al-Qadisah.
Fabrizio Romano has reported that Leverkusen have submitted a new bid worth 30 million Euros and a 15% sell on of future profit.
He reports that the player wants the move, and that talks are on going between the two clubs.
