Nigeria has congratulated the Republic of Angola on its 50th Independence Anniversary.
Foreign Affairs Minister Yusuf Tuggar, in a message to his Angolan counterpart, commended the resilience and determination of the Angolan people.
He highlighted the deep historical ties between the two nations, recalling Nigeria’s support for Angola’s liberation struggle.
The minister noted that both countries enjoy strong bilateral relations, recently strengthened by multiple agreements signed at the Nigeria-Angola Joint Commission in Luanda.
