The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced the launch of the 37th wave of attacks under its military campaign known as “Fulfilling the Promise 4.”
In a statement, the IRGC said the latest wave targeted several locations it described as enemy positions, including bases in Erbil, facilities linked to the United States Fifth Fleet, and a site in Tel Aviv referred to as Bir Ya’qub.
Border Clashes Reported
The statement also claimed that fighters targeted what it described as a gathering of military equipment and soldiers at the Marj site opposite the border town of Markaba using rocket-propelled grenades.
According to the IRGC, the operation was carried out by its “mujahideen,” who allegedly engaged the positions as part of ongoing military confrontations in the region.
Operation Expected to Continue
The Iranian force added that the 37th wave of the operation would continue for at least three hours, suggesting further strikes could occur during the period.
There has been no immediate confirmation from Israel, the United States, or Iraqi authorities regarding the claims made in the statement.
