The former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has paid a solidarity visit to the former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, following a recent attack by All Progressives Congress (APC)- sponsored thugs at the inauguration of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kaduna State.
Naija News reports that Atiku, during the meeting, reiterated that the activities of the President Bola Tinubu-led APC administration pose the greatest risk to the country’s democracy.
In the post via 𝕏, Atiku lamented that the administration of Tinubu has turned into a full-blown dictatorship and there is need to provide a viable alternative platform that will enthrone purposeful governance.
Atiku stated that they have resolved to harmonise their strengths and stand united in their resolve to rescue Nigeria.
He said, “This evening, I paid a solidarity visit to former Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai, over his attack by APC-sponsored thugs at the recent inauguration of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kaduna State.
