One person appears to have died after a accident involving a containerized truck and Suzuki car occured on the CMS bridge by UBA descending inward Apongbon Bridge in Lagos.
A video posted on the X handle of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) showed the driver of the Suzuki car lying in an unconscious state after his vehicle run under the truck from behind.
According to the post, SEHMU, tow truck and police officers have been contacted.
It said LASTMA officers are also on ground “doing the needful.”
A detailed official statement is expected from the traffic agency or other security agencies in the state
