Several villagers are feared dead, while many others remain missing, following a suspected herdsmen attack on Anwule community in Oglewu, Ohimini Local Government Area, Benue State.
LeadNaija reports that the attackers targeted farmers while they were working in their fields, killing several with machetes and other weapons.
The assault has forced residents to flee their homes, seeking refuge in neighboring communities.
