President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Friday assured Nigerians that the nation’s economic challenges are yielding reforms, expressing optimism that relief is in sight.
Speaking at the coronation of the Otun Olubadan of Ibadan land, Senator Rashidi Ladoja, in Ibadan, the President acknowledged the hardship citizens are enduring but urged them to remain steadfast.
“Your suffering is a pain, a pain of a painful surgery,” Tinubu said.
“I’m very proud to give you the cheering news that the economy has turned the corner. There is a bright light at the end of the tunnel.”
