The lawmaker made the claim in post on X while reacting to a report purporting that Nigeria has been named the epicenter of global k!lling of Christians.
He described the alleged massacre of Christians in Nigeria as targeted systematic persecution.
He wrote, “I’ve been raising the alarm on the persecution of Christians in Nigeria for years.
“The facts are undeniable: 72% of Christians k!lled globally were murdered in Nigeria.
“This is targeted, systematic persecution. The United States and the world must not look away”.
