A suspected thief has been forced to eat raw pepper as a punishment for his action.
According to a video making rounds on social media, the suspect was given two options to choose from as his punishment.+See more
He was told to either receive beatings or eat raw pepper, he reportedly chose to eat the raw pepper. The video shows the suspect in an uncomfortable state, crying and begging the people.
In a shocking twist, the suspect later begged the people, asking them to beat him instead of continuing to eat the raw pepper.
As of the time of writing, it is unclear what the suspect stole or if he was eventually handed over to the police.
