Hama- Israel War: “What Just Happened Will Shake the Whole Nation !!— And Nobody Saw It Coming!”The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) on Thursday morning announced that electricity generation stood at 3,228 megawatts (MW) for distribution across the country.

According to data released at 7:12 a.m. on September 11, 2025, load allocation to the 11 Distribution Companies (DisCos) was as follows:

Abuja DisCo – 494 MW

Benin DisCo – 263 MW

Eko DisCo – 415 MW

Enugu DisCo – 251 MW

Ibadan DisCo – 387 MW

Ikeja DisCo – 488 MW

Jos DisCo – 182 MW

Kaduna DisCo – 208 MW

Kano DisCo – 217 MW

Port Harcourt DisCo – 229 MW

The update highlights the continued challenges of meeting Nigeria’s electricity demand, with total generation still falling below the estimated national requirement of over 7,000MW for stable supply.
