NDLEA: Court Jails Man For Selling ‘Loud’ In Lagos Hotel

Justice Deinde Dipeolu of a Federal High Court, Lagos, has convicted and sentenced Obayemi Oyetade, for selling loud, a species of Cannabis Sativa popularly called India Hemp, in a hotel in Lagos.

Obayemi Oyetade was convicted and sentenced to three months imprisonment by the judge after he pleaded to three counts charge of dealing in the prohibited drug, made against him by the operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), today.

NDLEA lawyer, Julianna Negedu, had told the court that the convict was arrested on July 19, 2025, at Sarah Sam Hotel, located at 115, Ogudu Road, Kosofe, Lagos, where he was selling the prohibited drug.

Juliana had told the court that the convict was arrested with 22.9 grams of Canadian Loud, 1.30 kilogram of Chocolate infused with Canadian Loud and 900 grams of Gummies mixed with Canadian. . Continue..Reading. .
