NDPP Overturns Prosecutor Ntaba’s Suspension
National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) Andy Mothibi has withdrawn the suspension of Prosecutor Mkhuseli Ntaba, allowing him to return to work.
This decision follows a swift internal investigation which confirmed that Ntaba had indeed faced threats to his safety the reason he failed to appear in court for the high-profile Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni extortion case and that he has been cooperating with the probe.
