Kun Khalifat forward, Henry Ezeonye, has expressed confidence that his team will defeat Kano Pillars in Katsina.
The Owerri-based club will square up with Kano Pillars in a matchday 16 fixture at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium on Sunday (today).
Ezeonye assured they will put up a good fight against the former Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, champions.
“The journey to Katsina was stressful with less time to recuperate,” Ezeonye told Kun Khalifat media.
“But not withstanding, we keep a strong flash back of our consecutive performances, the draw against Warri Wolves in Ozoro and the dominant win against Plateau United inspires us.
“We have gifted players who understand what’s at stake. Our team is good to go, and we will put up an “A” performance.”
