The Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, has officially responded to a law firm that issued a pre-action notice against the institution over alleged irregularities in its Post-UTME process.

In a letter dated October 4, 2025, the University’s Legal Unit pointed out that the lawyer’s correspondence carried a 2024 Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) seal, suggesting that his 2025 practicing license has not been renewed.

The University consequently requested that the lawyer provide evidence of his current eligibility to practice, in line with professional and regulatory standards. If You’re Reading From Phoenix Click On Read Original  at the top To Read Full Article
