Ondo: Gov. Aiyedatiwa Approve Recruitment Of 500 new Amotekun officers To Strengthens Security, Revives Grassroots Justice

The Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has approved the recruitment of 500 new Amotekun officers to boost security across Ondo State.

He also inaugurated 130 new Justices of the Peace (JPs). The first in 17 years, restoring grassroots justice and community mediation.

The Governor charged the new JPs to uphold integrity, fairness, and peace in their communities, while reaffirming his administration’s commitment to the OUR EASE Agenda.

Traditional rulers, security chiefs, clergy, and community leaders were among the appointees.
