Local government councils in Oyo State shared a total of ₦18.34 billion as net allocation for November 2025, according to data released by TheCableIndex.
A breakdown of the figures shows that Ibadan North East Local Government received the highest allocation with ₦700.35 million, followed by Ifedapo with ₦675.08 million, and Ibadan North with ₦661.08 million.
Other Ibadan councils also received substantial allocations, with Ibadan South West getting ₦648.39 million, Ibadan South East ₦626 million, and Ibadan North West ₦528.16 million.
Outside the state capital, Iseyin received ₦647.72 million, Egbeda ₦641.41 million, Ona-Ara ₦636.53 million, while Ogbomoso North and Ogbomoso South got ₦534.16 million and ₦473.87 million respectively.
At the lower end of the allocation table, Ogo-Oluwa Local Government received ₦456.43 million, making it the least-funded council for the month under review.+full details
The allocations form part of statutory disbursements from the Federation Account, intended to support grassroots development, payment of salaries, and delivery of essential services across the 33 local government areas of the state.
