The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has zoned its 2027 presidential candidacy to the South, while the North will retain the position of National Chairman.
This decision was reached at the party’s 102nd National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting held on Monday, 25th August 2025, in Abuja.
