On Friday, April 11, 2025, the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, was represented by the Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) for Zone 5, Suleman Dogo Garba, at the commissioning of a newly constructed Divisional Police Headquarters in Delta State. The event also saw the unveiling of a fleet of operational vehicles.
The newly commissioned facility, the Ugborikoko Divisional Police Headquarters, is part of the ongoing efforts to improve police infrastructure and operational efficiency in the region. The facility and vehicles were generously donated by Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited.
The commissioning event was announced by the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, Bright Edafe, via a post on the official X (formerly Twitter) handle on the same day.
The new police headquarters and vehicles are expected to enhance security operations within the area, contributing to the overall safety and well-being of residents.
