The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has confirmed the receipt of sensitive materials for the Senatorial District and Federal Constituency bye-elections scheduled to hold tomorrow, Saturday, 16 August 2025, in Edo State.
According to INEC, the materials, which arrived yesterday, were received at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) office in Benin City and properly tagged according to their respective Registration Areas in preparation for distribution.
The commission assured stakeholders of its readiness to conduct free, fair, and credible polls.
