Police Arrest Two Suspects Over Deadly Attacks in Benue State

Security operatives in Benue State have arrested two suspects, identified as Isah Peter and Moses Peter, in connection with recent violent attacks in Agatu and along the Otukpo–Oweto axis.

According to security sources, Zagazola Makama the suspects are being investigated for their alleged roles in the Anwule community attack, where several people — including a pastor — were reportedly killed.

Authorities also allege that the suspects have been linked to a series of violent incidents, including killings and kidnappings on the Otukpo–Oweto road.

The Benue State Police Command has not yet released full details of the investigation, but officials say the suspects are currently undergoing interrogation, and further updates will be provided as inquiries continue.
