President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has conferred posthumous National Honors on four prominent Ogoni leaders in recognition of their sacrifices and contributions to justice, equity, and the struggles of their people.
The honorees are:
- Chief Edward Kobani (CON)
- Chief Albert Badey (CON)
- Chief Samuel Orage (CON)
- Chief Theophilus Orage (CON)
The award underscores the Federal Government’s commitment to honoring the memory of those who stood firm in defense of their people and left enduring legacies of courage.
