President Tinubu Celebrates Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso on His Birthday

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso on the occasion of his birthday, celebrated on October 21, 2025, describing him as a valued friend and ally.

In a message issued on Tuesday, the President recalled their long-standing relationship and shared political journey.

“Senator Kwankwaso remains a friend and ally with whom I served in the National Assembly in 1992 and later as governors in 1999,” the President said.

President Tinubu further noted their joint efforts in the formation of the All Progressives Congress (APC), emphasizing that despite Kwankwaso’s later move to establish the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), he still considers him part of the progressive fold.

“We also worked together in founding the All Progressives Congress. Although he later left the APC to establish the New Nigeria Peoples Party, it is noteworthy that he remains within the progressive fold,” the President added.

The President wished Senator Kwankwaso good health, strength, and continued service to the nation.
