President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday warmly received Mr. Anders Holch Povlsen, Chief Executive Officer of Bestseller and Chairman of the Bestseller Foundation, along with the Danish Ambassador to Nigeria, Jens Bach Hansen, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
During the meeting, President Tinubu assured that Nigeria now offers a seamless easy in, easy out experience for investors, highlighting the country’s commitment to attracting and supporting foreign investments.
Mr. Anders Holch Povlsen, speaking earlier, expressed his readiness to invest in Nigeria and commended the President for the ongoing economic reforms creating a conducive business environment.
This engagement marks a significant step towards collaboration between Nigeria and a leading global retail and philanthropic figure, underscoring promising economic and social partnership opportunities.
Also present at the meeting were Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, and the Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, Dr. Bosun Tijani.
