Displaced Tiv Christians from Wukari staged a protest after seven years in IDP camps, demanding urgent intervention.

Led by Terhile Ahur, they accused state and local authorities of failing them, revealing over 150,000 people remain displaced, while more than 300 churches, 70 schools, and 30 health facilities have been destroyed since 2019.

The group traced the crisis to Tiv-Jukun clashes, alleged targeted attacks, and claimed their ancestral lands are being taken while they’re now labeled “settlers.”
