Billionaire politician and senator, Ned Nwoko, has broken his silence over the controversy surrounding his marriage to popular Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, accusing her of drug abuse, violence, and destruction of property.
In a statement released earlier today Sunday through his verified X page said: “Regina’s Unprovoked Carnage and Rampage in My House and in My Absence,” he said Regina’s alleged struggle with drugs and alcohol has been the root of their marital crisis.
“Regina was not always like this. Her current battle with drugs and alcohol abuse is the root of our problem. She must continue her rehabilitation program, or I fear for her life and safety,” he said.
The senator expressed concern that the actress has now moved to a place where she will have unrestricted access to drugs, noting that despite having other wives, none has ever accused him of violence.
“Regina is the violent one here, slapping and hitting three staff in the past 48 hours and destroying property, including cars and windows, for no just cause,” Nwoko alleged.
He further revealed that he had set a condition for Regina to undergo rehabilitation in either Asokoro or Jordan, where she would not have access to drugs.
“A clear-headed Regina would have taken Moon to the hospital but instead she even threatened to kill our resident nurse for exposing her drug abuse,” he added.
According to him, chaos erupted at his residence while he was away taking their son, Moon, to the hospital. He accused one Sammy, whom he described as Regina’s “main drug supplier,” of orchestrating the disturbance alongside another alleged accomplice known as “Ann.”
